Thanks for the great review, Jamie!
We’re thrilled to hear moving up from the 52.5 lb. set to the 90 lb. set has been an excellent choice as you continue progressing with heavier weights. Here’s to getting stronger and reaching those next goals!

Everything you could want

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] People are often concerned that, because of the way the dumbbells are shaped, that they will interfere either with each other during 2 dumbbell exercises, or that they will contact your body in some undesirable way. This concern is minimal in my opinion and requires only the occasional modification to an exercise. Easily worth the trade-off for the quick adjustment feature.
Pros: Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you both for the kind words — and 20 years with your Bowflex machine is a fantastic testament to how well these products hold up over time! It's great to hear the dumbbells have found a natural place in your routine alongside it, giving you and your wife an easy way to round out your strength training. We take a lot of pride in building equipment that lasts, so hearing that reflected in your experience means a lot. Thanks for being such a longtime part of the BowFlex family!
