It's nice to be able to communicate with a real person for questions and advice. The Range is a brut and I love it. Just have to learn how to bake with convection!

Waiting on response. We just received and installed our dual fuel range and the broiler won’t turn off. Also the oven/broiler indicator light does not go on

We bought this stove because it’s dual fuel, commercial style and ability to convert to LP. When doing the conversion, one of the nozzles was in too tight and couldn’t be swapped. We called Forno and they returned our call the same day. After sending in some basic paperwork Forno (Guillaume) sent a replacement part to us in 2 days. Then he coordinated a local repair service to install the new part. We love the stove and can’t say enough about Forno’s exceptional customer service. They really stand behind their products.
