Awesome value, stellar presentation

We love our new Forno dual fuel range. It fit well in the budget for the new home that we are just now completing. The two-stage cooktop burners work well, allowing for a variety of simmering to boiling in large pots as in preparing crab and other shellfish. The ovens work well. We are able to adequately bake up to three medium pizzas simultaneously in the small oven. The rotisserie function of the large oven seems pretty cool, however, we have not had the opportunity to test it as of yet. The device is completely analog, meaning no digital displays for oven temp or other indications. This has not been an issue for us. We kind of like the simplistic nature of the controls.
The device has an interesting function Forno calls Magic Eyes, where all of the red led indicators integrated into the knobs are automatically turned on when the kitchen becomes dark. When this first happened, I thought it was indicating an error of some sort as our device has 12 knobs. I learned that this is an integrated feature that one can purchase a switch kit to remove the automation. We will purchase the kit as our kitchen is effectively integrated with our dining area and den. The lighting can be distracting if unwanted, however pretty cool when entertaining.
Our range experienced damage in shipping from what appeared to be improper stacking of stuff on top of it before we received it. This resulted in some broken grates and bent metal that did not affect the function of the stove. We are in a claim to replace the parts at this time, however, it seems that the company is open to resolving these sorts of issues in a timely manner.
We would absolutely purchase this product again. It is an awesome showpiece for our high-value home.

Although we bought our range a couple of months ago, we are only now installing it in our new kitchen. It was tricky finding someone licensed to do the LP Conversion and we were a week out to Thanksgiving. I was wondering if I could still use the electric ovens before the burners were fitted for LP. I emailed customer service and got a response in hours! And they sent me videos for the installer! And helped me with my warranty registration. Wow, how refreshing to have a Customer Service department that actually does customer service!

The WOW factor of this range is high. We're quite impressed seeing it for the first time. Beautiful simplicity and well constructed. Paired with the Savona Range Hood, it is the command center of our kitchen.
