Problems with knobs getting too hot

I will adjust my review if I get the help for this gas range that I need. We just received our forno 36" capriasca french door gas range, beautiful gas range, jist what we were looking for. However, we've been testing the oven to make sure everything works good. So far temperature in the oven is not reading correctly but I saw a video on how to adjust that, so I will try. But no matter what temperature the knobs on the burners get extremely hot, really feels unsafe. I saw other reviews before purchasing about the same issue. All were at least a year old, and also a known problem. I figured forno would send out a product with the replacement knobs but it seems like I still got the old ones. They look different than videos that show the replacement knobs. Anyhow, going to reach out to forno to get the replacement knobs, that's why I'm writing this review. Will update my situation.

Love the product

Looks great! Cooks great! It’s very heavy and hard to put in place but really compliments my kitchen and meets my needs. The oven doors and slide out racks make easy access to get things in and out of the oven.
