Installation Guide not well written. Difficult to follow. Some photos/diagrams do not match actual product. Especially regarding Natural Gas to Liquid Propane conversion.

Our gash range is absolutely stunning and everyone who comes over says the same thing. The one small complaint I have is that the rotisserie rod is too flexible and it is difficult to get a chicken to rotate for the entire cook time. The mechanism thinks it is hitting an obstruction and reverses direction over and over again. Eventually it just quit.
I tried to roast a 20 pound turkey, thinking it might help to have the weight closer to the pivot points, but no joy. I had to give up after a half hour as the bar sagged so much that the motor couldn't turn it at all.
However...that is the only negative point so far. I might come back after a year and give an update.

Solid build, oven has issues

Delivery was no problem, build looks great feels solid. Oven temps are 20+ degrees off and no heat balance
