I purchased the 48 in Capriasca gas range about three months ago and am very happy with it, with one exception.
The steel for the rotisserie stick is too flexible, so it won't turn with a large chicken or turkey. With that said, I imagine I can get a similar hardened steel rod from a local steel supply yard, but with what we paid I would think this would be a higher quality attachment.

Other than that, the unit operates great. It took a bit of time to figure out the best methods, but now the food is coming out wonderfully.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Eye Candy for chefs

Beautiful range, fast heating, powerful a bit intimidating with 160 BTU burners. Problem with simmer, does not go lower and burnes rice or food requiring simmering on low heat. Maybe it is not synchronized correctly.

Beautiful, meet my expectations!

I've only had it for a month and so far I really enjoying cooking on it. The range is absolutely beautiful! The grates are very heavy duty. I'm still figuring out the oven's baking temps etc, since I also have existing double ovens in my kitchen, these ovens seem to run hotter but I just have to learn how these work since it is a commercial range. The knobs do get slightly hot when the oven are on but not concerning. Any suggestions on cleaning the brass burners to keep them looking new would be helpful. I'm extremely happy with my choice and would highly recommend this range.

Love the BTUs and number of burners. Not as pricey as other large ranges but features are as good or better.
