Love this hood

I love this hood but one of the electrical wires came loose so I have to do a claim. I would prefer to rate them after the claim.

Hood isn't working that great

We have a 1200 CFM double motor hood and while cooking 2 hamburgers on the stove, the hood is on high speed (4) and the smoke still isn't being sucked out entirely. When I shared this size of hood with my cabinet maker, he commented that a 1200CFM hood would "suck a small child up" with all of that power. WE are not seeing this at all. I've sent a service request looking for direction on who can come look at this for me.
