Nice vent hood to finish off the kitchen. Finding the charcoal recirculation filters are somewhat difficult.

FORNO Customer Service responded very quickly to my request to order additional parts. The Range Hood Manual could be improved by adding a Part Number and Source of Supply for the replacement Carbon Filters.

Love the look, plates slightly tilted

Only had installed for 2 months, like the look but the grates look like they are slightly bent after using—don’t know if that’s normal

Hood received with internal electrical box damage

No evidence of shipping damage - the electrical enclosure in the range hood was simply not tightened closed and now has been exposed for who knows how long.
