I am very into hair care. I want nice results with minimal effort and minimal hair damage. This Shark Silkipro wet to dry straightener fits the bill. It is designed for many hair types with various temperatures and air speeds. The tool has various attachments for your styling needs. Shark gives you tutorials so you can understand the operation of the Silkipro. As soon as I received it I wanted to see if it would create a gentle tension on my fine hair. The tool doesn’t disappoint. I would make sure your hair is damp not soaking wet when using this tool and use a heat protectant. The large comb is great for those to stretch curly coarse hair and it also helps to dry the roots. The machine turns off when you put it down. After using the tool several times. I now know exactly how I should use it for my hair. The Silkipro leaves my fine curly frizzy hair silky smooth. I owned the competitor’s version and I can tell you this tool produces better results at half the price!! The other tool left my hair smooth but it had an unfinished look like straw. The Shark Silkipro is your all in one tool with great results and minimal damage. I recommend it.

I received this for product testing through influenster. I love it. It does a great job of blow drying and straiting my hair. Only con is 10 min in my arm is tird. The plug in is also really big making it hard to fit in my plug in. Only due to my plug in being close to counter. Im hooked though on how well it works.

Best hair straightening tool I’ve tried

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a powerful straightening tool. This is one of the best I have ever used. Actually it is the best. Not only does it straighten your hair, but there’s also a blow dry feature which you can use with or without the straightener plates. You can use one or the other, or both to straighten your hair. They also comes with 3 different combs to attach, for an even better straightening solution. It’s so powerful but not too heavy. There’s a QR code for instructions on how to use everything. It’s loud with he hair dryer portion on, but not with the straightening part. It’s a heavy tool, so if you are taking it somewhere, make sure you have the space for it, it’s not super heavy, but it’s not light, in the slightest. It’s a really amazing tool.

I like that it has different settings so that it is customizableable to different hair textures and thin to thick hair! It straightened and blow-dried my hair super fast and I really enjoyed using it. I'd highly recommend this product. The heating is great and very low maintenance will be needed!

The Shark SilkiPro has been a complete game-changer for me because it’s a dryer and straightener in one, so I can go from wet hair to pin-straight in half the time without the extra steps. I was shocked by how lightweight it is,so my arms don’t get tired halfway through like they did with my old heavy dryer. It’s so much easier to handle and less bulky, which makes it perfect for portability if I need to travel.The extra tools in the box are what really make it work for my thick hair; I use the wide-tooth comb first to stretch out my waves while I dry, and then the precision comb gives me that super sleek, silky finish that usually takes me two tools to get. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this! First off, love the color! More importantly this is a do it all straightener/blow dryer! You can dry your hair then get it silky smooth and straight! It comes with these attachments that comb through your hair while you blow dryer and or straighten and it really helps getting every strand. It’s super easy to use and the instructions are simple! My hair has never looked so straight! A huge plus is this will not damage your hair, no heat damage when using this! Another thing I really like is it has a velcro attachment on the cord to keep the cord together which helps a ton when storing it and/or when traveling with it!
