We understand some of your stored items are freezing in the refrigerator section, and we wanted to try to help with this! First, ensure nothing is stopping the door from closing completely, check that the door is level, and that the rubber gasket is making a good seal. If there is any air leak, it may be causing moisture and frost to form. From there, locate the vents inside the refrigerator to make sure nothing is blocking them or restricting the air circulation as this could cause cold spots and frozen items.
