Good Choice for a Replacement Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Frigidaire 30" refrigerator was purchased as a replacement for a 28" Whirlpool that only lasted ten years. I am hoping to get more than that out of this fridge. I like that all the shelves are glass, that the shelves on the door are large enough for a gallon of milk and tall enough for a bottle of wine. I miss a butter compartment on the door, but that will make me use the butter dish I have on hand. The meat/cheese drawer in the center is easily accessible and adequate. The main thing I have noticed is how quiet it is. I have checked twice to be sure it is running. Time will tell, but I think this was a good choice and I am quite happy with it.

SAVED MY BACON!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What to say first. Compact size is unfortunately my only choice. The clearance between the cabinetry is very small. Installed in 1990- the desire was to have kitchen look like everything was solid wood wall to wall. Well all the add-on features & " size size size" of today- we have shot ourselves in the foot. But again I ask you for more. Water & ice in the door through this garage ready frig. The LG I had died after 4 years???? You talk about a throwaway society. I am diabetic with 2 types insulin pens & various other meds that need refrigeration & no 2nd frig in garage. Lucky this little gem will go out in garage as a garage-ready 2nd frig. I won't go thru that scare again. This Frigidaire reminds me of my childhood when things looked sleek and very well arranged. It's arranged inside very well. The 18 cu. Ft gives me lots more usable room than the 20+ cu. Ft. LG that just went out of door. Slides easily & with inside door grab open areas recessed made life easier on the delivery team. They say they deliver alot of Frigidaires. And when I called my HVAC & appliance maintenance team- she said I don't write many repair tickets for Frigidaire. As well as most of us own Frigidaire appliances in our own homes. What more can you say when they buy for their own homes. Peace of mind is the COMFORT you are really selling. Will be researching for another Frig that I now have time to order for my kitchen. And it will be a "Frigidaire".
