New fridge doesn’t work

The freezer portion doesn’t work and my food spoiled. The fridge portion isn’t even cold. Not happy at all.

The inside is spacious and the drawers are deep and glide nicely even willed filled to the top.

We received this fridge as part of the government /Enbridge program to reduced wasted energy. Love the fridge but didn’t realize that there is no light in the freezer. This was disappointing

Works great but…

Working great, not many issues. Just a few vanity and usability issues.
The stainless steel meet the plastic handle there is a huge gap. The glue/tape is visible when it’s not suppose to be.
When closing the vegetable or fruit crisper often times it bounces back leaving a gap of the drawer. Which makes the crisper not as effective if it doesn’t close in place. Once closed it should stay in place.
When closing the fridge or freezer door, swinging it shut isn’t sufficient as it swings back out. I have to follow through fully to shut the door. Not a typical experience, I’ve swung many freezer or fridge doors shut that doesn’t bounce back/swing back out.
