The comparison to the old refrigerator I replaced is phenomenal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so impressed with how quiet it runs & once I brought it to temperature & loaded my foods had to turn it to minimal energy usage. Distribution of cold is so even I can hardly believe the difference from the one I replaced. Had a couple of neighbors over to show it off!

Not working from Day 1

I bought this in July 2020 and followed the instructions as per the guide. Fridge and freezer is not cooling. Technicina came to check and has advised will order parts for repair. According to Frigidaire, it will take about 2 weeks to have the technician come on site for repair. They do not have a solution for situation like this. How can someone survive without a fridge for even a day? All my food got destroyed and I had to garbage everything but frigidaire doesn't care about that. All I hear from them is we take care of repair. This is a part of "REPAIR SITUATION" and YOU ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF IT. Extremely disappointmented with the service.

Frigidaire Top Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this several weeks ago. Desperately needed a replacement. This is a great basic no frills refrigerator meaning I did not want either an ice maker nor a water dispenser. So far it warrants a 5 star rating. Only negatives would be I would have like another shelf in the freezer section just to allow for more air circulation. But that is very minor.
