A very clean design and excellent functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very positive outcome with my purchase of this refrigerator and freezer. Quiet operation and nicely lit inside. I am so glad to have recessed grips on the doors instead of those easily broken screwed on handles. The only issue I have with the products design is opening the lower front door has stubbed my toe several times which could be a problem.

DIED IN JUST A FEW MONTHS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE FRIDGE DIED A QUICK DEATH AFTER ONLY A FEW MONTHS USE. IT NEVER GOT THE REFRIGERATED THINGS TO A NORMAL COLD TEMPERATURE. ADDED BONUS IS THE FIRST COMPANY TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT DEAD FRIDGE DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT TO FIX THE ISSUE AND I AM STILL WAITING AS OF 8-8-2021 FOR FRIGIDAIRE TO CONTACT ME WITH THE COMPANY THEY ARE RECOMMENDING TO DO THE WARRANTY REPAIR WORK!!!!!!!!

Disappointed overall. Long wait for ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installers did not hook up the ice machine correctly & it had water coming out on the floor. This went on for a month, before I could get service. Was also surprised to find out there is no light in the freezer & floor model & owners manual shows three shelves & I only have two. I do want to add that the repair guy that come by this week was very nice, neat & had it fixed & out in 30 minutes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The COMPRESSOR when out just over 6 months of use and the parts are not available where I live. I am still waiting to have my refrigerator repaired after 2 weeks of waiting.
