Freezes food on lowest setting and ice buildup in freezer every 2 days

This fridge has been pretty bad to be honest. Even at lowest setting food freezes in the back. Recently water pools and freezes in the upper freezer. Not sure what to do
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The process of exchanging this fridge was efficient. The new fridge is lovely. It’s a nice change for us as far as style and we hope to have it for another 15 yrs.

Seems a good fridge. Lots of room for 2 people. Maybe not for a family. There are some plastic pieces that I worry could break easily.
