Excellent size and functionality!

I love the style of this freezer. It has a sleek, clean look that fits beautifully with modern home aesthetics. The stainless steel finish is fingerprint resistant, which really makes a huge difference — no constant wiping down smudges. Inside, the glass shelves look upscale and make it easier to see and organize items. Overall, it looks very modern and well-designed, both inside and out.

Size-
The 15 cubic feet size is absolutely perfect. It's big enough to hold a substantial amount of food, but compact enough to fit comfortably in my downstairs pantry. For a convertible freezer/refrigerator, this is the ideal size. I primarily use it as a freezer, but it's also perfect when I need additional refrigerator space for holidays or gatherings.

I tested the temperature multiple times with my temperature gun, and readings have been accurate and consistent throughout the entire interior — no warm or cold spots.

My favorite feature is the small thin shelves in the door. They're perfectly sized for storing frozen vegetable bags upright in an organized fashion, so I can see everything at a glance. The LED interior lighting is incredible — bright, clean, and illuminating every corner. They are so bright!

My one wish would be an always-on external temperature display. Currently, I have to push a button to see it shows zero, and it's hard to tell if that's the actual freezer temperature or just where I have it set. I'd love that to be more obvious. That said, it's a minor critique.
Final Thoughts
I'm extremely happy with this freezer. The style is modern and sleek, the size is just right, and the convertible function gives me wonderful flexibility. The garage-ready capability, consistent temperatures, slim door shelves, bright LED lighting, and glass shelves all combine to make this a genuine pleasure to use. For anyone wanting a versatile, well-designed freezer that can double as a refrigerator, I highly recommend the Frigidaire FFUE1536AV. It works perfectly for me and my family.

Garage Life Saver

The Frigidaire Upright convertible freezer/refrigerator has been such a game changer! The 15 cu ft. size is perfect for storing extra meat, produce and bread without having to worry about maneuvering things around or wasting food. I love that the base has a drawer, which I am currently using to store fish that we processed. The door has adjustable shelves which I find very convenient. The shelves are deep enough that you can fit a baking sheet if you wanted to flat lay and freeze fruit, like I have. Super convenient to freeze ice cube trays in as well. 10/10 recommend this unit, it is quite, sleek and easy to toggle between fridge/freezer settings.

Nice looking unit

The fact that it can be used as a refrigerator is a bonus. A major plus is the always on display of the inside temperature on the front door. The only negative is that it does not come with a locking door. Very clean looking front door with plenty of space inside. Very nice look with the stainless steel color rather than basic white

Perfect size for a Garage Freezer!

I like the simplicity of the digital readout. I like the simple setting on the front to switch from Fridge to Freezer. I also appreciate that there is a way to lock the controls so that my children don't "accidentally" change the temperature lol. I am currently using it as a freezer and I love it. It freezes popsicles fast and it keeps my already frozen products perfectly frozen. The shelving is adjustable but I have kept it as is. The light inside the the unit is nice and bright. There's so much room in here, even on the door! The setting for adjusting the freezer are super easy and conveniently located on the outside of the door. The unit itself is also whisper quiet, it barely sounds like it's running. This unit claims to be garage ready, which is where I have it, so I am hopeful as the summer months come upon us that this unit will continue to be issue-free! The delivery was smooth and the haul away was perfect. The Team that delivered the appliance was super careful to install which I am always happy with. I am in love with this freezer and I hope to have it for many years.

More than a freezer!

One great feature and the simplest is the always visible temperature reading on the middle of the door. all in all it is an excellent machine with a very nice textured finish and a good warranty.

Good size and great for garage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this freezer to be able to have additional space in our garage for bulk food purchases and to also store milk for our daughter. After it was delivered, I plugged it in and was able to easily set the mode to freezer and choose the temperature settings I wanted. I waited a day and came back to a freezing cold freezer, and loaded it up. The drawers are adjustable and I found that the shelving on the door was also helpful for things like ice cream containers and other smaller frozen meals. I find that I can fit a good amount in the freezer which allows me to buy in bulk and keep our family well stocked and not needing to go to the store as often. The design of the freezer is nice and silver and there's something about the way the door opens and then closes that makes it feel sturdy and high end. It sort of seals itself shut and makes a bit of a noise which to me indicates that it's closed properly and is getting back down to the ideal temperature. If I have to replace my indoor fridge/freezer, I will not hesitate to consider a Frigidaire option. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.
