I Can't See!

Hi, We are very happy with our freezer. The only thing is there isn't a light in the freezer. We have to use a flashlight to see inside it. It couldn't have cost that much more to put one in it when you made it.

Unreliable

Purchased new in November of 2020. Compressor died in less than a year. Still covered in manufacturer warranty. However parts supply is low due to the pandemic. So we’ve been living without a working fridge for two and a half months now. Frigidaire warranty does not cover food lost. Or the bags of ice we’ve been buying every other day to cool a small amount of food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutley love this refrigerator and top freezer. We are a growing family when the kids and spouces come home and this one has the space we need. I only wish that the Karls The appliance store in my local town had expressed extreem negativity When I asked them to order this product for me. They were vary rude and asked why I wanted it. I told them because it was the type and size I needed for my family. Needless to say I left that store I ordered it durring The covid bit. I work retail and so I understand what is going on as far as things taking twice as long to get made and delivered. So I had to go out side of my local area to finde another appliance store that would order it for me. I enjoy all of the door storage for oaal of the condments and sauses my family uses as well as the dairy /meet drawer. The moisture control on the fruit and veggie drawers work well and keep things fresh. I like the shelf in the freezer as now things are easy to organize and do not slide out when we open the door.

Love the huge freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An unusual style, this fridge. A very large freezer on top, which is great, because I use more frozen than fresh foods. It means, though, that the top of the fridge is low, about chest level, so I have to bend to get into the shelves. Hard to see in, very hard to use the back. But the door shelf space is excellent, so all my condiments and large items fit. The only other issue is that the bottom of the fridge is almost flush to the floor, and the legs stick out a bit, so easy to stub toes. But overall? I'm very happy :).
