Refrigerator works fine problems with freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was going to be really happy with this freezer . I've had it almost a month and have had nothing but problems with the freezer. 2nd time I've had to have repair man come . Hopefully it gets fixed this time.

freezer door seal noise?

And, if you reversed the door, please ensure the door is installed properly by revisiting pages 12 and 13 of your model owner’s manual. No handles

I enjoyed the refrigerator. My space in my kitchen where my previous refrigerator was is smaller so this fit right in. My only problem is that the magnetic strip keeps coming off and I have only had it a little over a year
