New Freezer is Awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Frigidaire freezer as my previous one is over 20 years old. I absolutely love the space. We plugged it in and it got cold extremely quickly. I feel it is much more energy efficient than my old one. It looks so much nicer and is a great size for our family. We buy in bulk and clearance items so it is so nice to have the extra freezer space and sure helps in saving money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a couple weeks, I'm very pleased with this freezer. Installation of the wheels was easy, and the freezer was able to fit a 1/2 cow and 1/2 a hog in addition to a bunch of frozen food. Highly recommended!

Great freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire large chest freezer/refrigerator is very nice. We use it as a freezer and it holds so much! It comes with 2 baskets, that slide easily. The large door has a light, is lightweight and very easy to open. The temperature on the lower front panel is easy to set/change. It works great for our needs and now we can take advantage of meat sales! We are very happy with the Frigidaire chest freezer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love how big and spacious this deep freeze is. I have a farm and a family of 7 so this is definitely needed. I like that i have control over the temp, so it does the job I need it to. I like that if I wanted to turn it into a fridge, I can. Definitely a feature that awesome to have that ive never seen before. The baskets are really durable and nice looking. Overall im definitely pleased and love it.

The door opens with a smooth feel because they have extra support arms not like some other deep freezers. Inside has good lighting and everything feels solid. Our freezer came with some baskets to hold smaller items. Even came with wheels so you can easily move it around the garage. I’m very pleased with how little energy it uses. A lot of people told me not to get a big deep freezer but I’m so glad I didn’t listen. I told my friends that I have heard people say I wish I got a bigger freezer but I have never heard anyone say I want a smaller freezer. I’m excited to start filling it up with all the bulk items we get from our big box stores.

So Much Room!

We had a smaller one and kept running out of room so decided to upgrade but I had to clue it was going to be this big. I don’t think I will ever run out of room now. I love how it comes with two baskets the kids have been keeping their popsicles and ice cream in them. It is a convertible so it is able to be a fridge or a freezer. Shipping was fast and efficient and installation was simple just plug it in also it has wheels so it’s easy to move around we have had zero problems with this freezer also no ice build up so far. It has a nice led light in it and also I like how you can control from the outside without opening it. this freezer is very quiet compared to most. That being said I would highly recommend!

Massive space for all your freezer or fridge needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Frigidaire FFCL2562AW is absolutely huge - 25cuft! We already had two other freezers, a 15 cu. ft. and a 10 cu. ft., and this one practically replaces both of them. There is plenty of space for just about anything you’d reasonably need to store, and honestly, it might even fit a full cow.
One of the best features is the ability to switch between freezer and refrigerator mode, which makes it incredibly versatile. That flexibility is really unique and adds a lot of value, especially if your storage needs change from season to season or you just want extra cold space for different types of items. The temperature control is very accurate too - I keep ours at -8, and my temperature sensor matches the readout exactly. I always like to use a remote temperature monitor in order to avoid a total loss of food - happened one too many times.
The included baskets are also a nice touch and help keep smaller items organized, though I do wish there were more of them for a freezer this large. Since this is a manual defrost model, it does mean a little extra work when it comes time to deal with ice buildup, but the tradeoff is that it keeps everything colder than a frost-free unit. You just have to be ready to scrape ice or empty it out if the buildup gets bad enough.
The casters make moving it surprisingly easy. We were able to roll it from outside to inside the garage without any effort, which was a huge plus. Also, our first unit arrived damaged, but Frigidaire replaced it without any hassle, which says a lot about the company and gave us extra confidence in the purchase.
Highly recommend if you have the space - be sure to measure first.
