[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually pretty disappointed in Organization and Accessibility. We liked our other model better which was basically the same but had a glass top shelf in the top freezer. That was a necessity over the wire shelf this new model has. Really want that glass shelf! There are a few other issues too. Plus the installers broke some items not discovered until after they had left. Plus the bottom part was never installed. Quite sad.

I would give this fridge zero stars if I could. The compressor failed in less than a week, which alone makes this an unacceptable replacement appliance. We lost freezer contents and had major disruption almost immediately after receiving it.
Beyond the compressor failure, the overall build quality feels noticeably cheaper than the older model it replaced. The door shelves are fewer in number, feel flimsy, and do not seem capable of holding as much weight as the shelves in our previous fridge. The deli drawer and door shelves are made from very thin plastic that feels prone to cracking. The crisper drawers have a large gap between them & the shelf above, making the humidity settings seem pointless.
Overall, the entire fridge feels cheaply made & poorly designed compared to the model it replaced. All of those concerns are secondary to the fact that the fridge died in under a week. What an inconvenience to be living with our food in coolers while Whirlpool tracks down an available fridge. Not impressed.
