[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that I can purchase my ink as I need to. Not have to buy weeks or even months in advanced because of uncertainty of when my ink will arrive. I only order when the tri toner or black in in my printer start to fade. I then order and then in about 3 days my new supply is in hand and ready to go into my printer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought #61 black ink cartridge on line about 3 weeks ago and when I replaced it in my printer, a default message came up. Apparently the cartridge had no ink. I could not copy or download after doing an alignment page. I bought another black cartridge in a local store and replaced without a problem in copying or downloading. I Will not buy online again. However, all my PC' have been an HP. This was the first time that I have had a problem
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
