When I installed the black cartridge it canceled out my color cartridge telling me it was not an approved HP cartridge it was you can see it on my purchase records it was indeed a HP color cartridge. Now I cannot print in color since I had to take out the color cartridge.

Hp Help said I could use 2 black ink cartridges in my Envy 4500 printer. Taht is false! The upper front lip[ of the cartridges are milled differently for color and black inks and a black cartridge will not fit into a color cartridge slot!
