I just ordered these cartridges last month and when I put them in I got the message they weren’t authentic. they only lasted a couple of weeks. I have ordered again and this time didn’t get. That message. Hopefully they last longer

I'm very sorry that this happened to you. Perhaps we could have fixed them though.
Occasionally even a genuine HP cartridge will give you that message. It is usually a matter of some of the tape or other debris stuck onto the contacts of the cartridge.
There are some steps you can take shown in this online document that could help you get rid of the message: support.hp.com/document/c02244928
If nothing helps, you can check the warranty ends date (printed on the cartridge). If it has not passed, you can get a replacement from us. Just contact our product support team at 1-800-474-6836 Mon - Fri8 AM - 9 PM (ET)Sat - Sun8 AM - 9 PM (ET).
