I’ve had problems with my hp printer recognizing the ink cartridges. It keeps telling me I’m low on ink with a new cartridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
I was sorry to find that the cartridge didn’t work well. Whenever poor performance appears to be due to a defective cartridge you can look into contacting the store and discuss that with them.
The return and exchange process is covered, step-by-step, at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
I've never used other brands of Ink on my HP, and never will. Genuine HP is the only way to be sure you will be satisfied with documents printed, and be sure of no damage can be anticipated to your HP printer..
I sent back a full cartridge that was defective, it registered full on my printer, but didn’t put out any ink.

Hello,
I read that you received a cartridge that didn’t print. A full cartridge that does not print is a disappointing outcome. There are a few reasons that the cartridge did not print.
1. Residue on the printhead. If so, clean the copper contacts. 2. Make sure the ink is properly seated in the printer. 3. If those do not work, disconnect the printer and plug it back in.
We also offer returns and exchanges at store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges.
Like product but not sure its a XL size it claims.

Delivery was fast, but it seems the cartridge was not XL was a small cartridge. Kept it for I was out of ink, but in the future might just consider buying at the store.
