I do quite a lot of printing and the regular cartridges were always running out at the wrong time. The XL cartridges are so much better and well worth the money

Pluses: It works correctly with the printer. Print quality is good.
Minuses: No big ones, you just have to change it when it runs out.
Notes: Don't mess with the refills. Just buy the XL cartridge. You won't save enough money refilling the old one to make up for the inevitable problems (print quality, leaks, spills, etc.). If you are printing hundreds of pages, you will want a different printer anyway.

I was very disappointed in the ink cartridges. First of all, they are quite small. This is my second cartridge and I am hoping for more than the 82 printed pages
that I got out of the cartridge that came with the new printer. Love the printer, but I can tell I am going to be ordering a lot of new cartridges in the future.

I have purchased this same model ink cartridge several times for my printer, as it always performs as advertized. I buy the "XL" version to take advantage of the lower cost per page of printed material.

Lots of times when it is announced low on ink, it stops producing. In this case it works for a while.

I think the black ink could be darker even tho I usually use the draft quality. In my last Deskjet printer I got a darker print even with the draft quality.
