[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Something seems off with the ink cartridges. I have purchased both that normal ink cartridges and the XL versions. They both seem to not last as long as they used to. I used to be able to use them way beyond the “ink low warning”. Now they seem to almost occur at the same time. i.e. I get the warning and can almost instantly not print. I have been happily using HP products for years. Something has changed!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My apologies for this happening to you. That is unfortunate.
I'm not aware of any changes to the cartridges. Actually it is the printer that gives you the warning message so perhaps the printer sensor is not working the same as it did before.

I got the correct printer cartridge and most important they included a return envelope for the old cartridge with prepaid postage. Way to go HP! I will continue to order directly from your website.
