I recently bought a pack of ink from you. I turned in 6 used up cartridges. But I only go through them about once every four or five months. You always send me a coupon for credit on my next purchase The sad part is it has such a short expiration date that the coupon has expired before I need a new cartridge I am retired and don't work from home. It would be nice if you reconised that and for home use you put a long exporation date on the coupon instead of just a month.
