I love the cartridges -- the ink produces clear, crisp copies, and the printer is very fast. I like the idea of having only one color cartridge (instead of the three I had in my old printer.) The only problem I have (and it might just be me...) is that I have a REALLY hard time putting the new cartridges in the printer. Maybe more detailed instructions on the outside of the tray (my old eyes can't see or read the ones on the inside...)

I have always owned HP printers, so therefore always purchase HP printer cartridges. Have never gotten a bad one, and am pleased with their performance.
