I see you hit a snag with online ordering. Our systems are meant to help customers. Occasionally, the customer receives less relevant information, causing a wrong product purchase. The first factor is the product information added to the system. Be sure to enter the printer model number. I recommend writing down the product number on your old cartridge and looking it up to order a new one.
