What everybody needs to know is that if you get a “Tri-color problem” alert on your HP printer, you are going to have to purchase an expensive color ink cartridge even if you print only in black.

My HP printer has been an excellent workhorse. It is easy to operate, and if a problem occurs, the printer guides you through the process of correcting the problem. The scanner works well, as does the copier. My only real issue is that the cost of ink has risen significantly during the life of the printer. I realize that ink is expensive for printers in general, but the degree of the increases does not seem justified. So, I have really ambivalent feelings. The printer is excellent, but the ink costs too much,
