From the ease of use and cleaning to the drink options and ability to customize them to my own user profile, I could not be more pleased with my purchase. And it’s a classy addition to my countertop. Totally worth the money!

Fantastic Coffee - Better than Jura

The only problem is that I've had to cut back a bit on my coffee consumption because this makes such a better and stronger cup of coffee. I love the different combinations that are available with the frother.

Plastic Heaven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! Be aware that it’s made of mostly plastic.Even the lines where hot water goes through. Just think of the amount of microplastics every time you make a cup of coffee. I’d like to see this redesigned with less plastic parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had it for almost a couple of months now and we love it! It replaced an older espresso machine and a drip coffee machine. You can do a lot of customization which helps to get the coffee to your liking.
The machine is very easy to use and the screen will guide thru everything, which is awesome.

Produces great drinks easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been enjoying this espresso machine. The only downside we have found is the drinks come out just warm. If you don’t drink it quickly it’s cold within a few minutes. We find ourselves putting it in the microwave right after making it. At the price of the machine you would think this wouldn’t be an issue. Other than temperature issue everything else works perfectly. Super easy to cleanup and maintain. I have seen reviews about how much water this machine uses, which you will be refilling a lot, but I don’t think it’s bad. I like how thoroughly it cleans itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great machine with full suite of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this for a month and I really love the machine. I previously bought the Bosch 800 Series Verocafe (which is priced similarly to this machine) and I was so disappointed with the purchase that I almost didn't want to try another automatic coffee machine at all. I'm so glad I did because this machine blows the Bosch out of the water. It makes a great espresso, froths milk really well, looks sleek, and makes the full suite of drinks I would want from a machine like this. My one complaint is that the milk foam can't get as hot as it would if you were steaming it by hand, but this is easily solved by preheating my cups with boiling water first. My partner doesn't bother with this step and enjoys his drinks just fine, so you may not even notice this.
