The Bell Box prevented the programming of the TV .

As I have accidentally deleted a previous survey, I must make a special attention to the Sales Team, most notably to Shivansh, Kyle, Lamar, Solomon and Meet. During their interactions with me, their concept of “Positive Public Relations”, was “SPOT ON.” They were decent, polite and accommodating. Compared to Sales Teams from other stores, this Team’s performance was “Well Above The Norm.” Thank You and Well Done. Impressive. As a consequence, I have no problem recommending the Best Buy Store on Fairway Rd., Kitchener to others. A Grateful Customer.
