I bought the 70 inch 8K Samsung TV 7 years ago and thought the picture quality was fantastic. We just moved to a new location and purchased the 77 inch S95H. I am astounded at how much brighter and vibrant the picture looks. No reflections on the screen in a bright room either! This is how you should watch TV.

This new Samsung TV has the most beautiful picture I have ever seen! The screen automatically adjusts to accommodate the light in the room.
My only complaint is that any of my movies that are in (AVI.) format will nolonger play on the new TV. I wish they had kept all movie formats as previously. By dropping the support of any previously supported format it negatively impacts the consumer.

Nice TV bad service

The picture is nice and sharp but too bright in any of the standard settings. I cut back the brightness control to make it feel less like I was staring into headlights of a car. Some controls are confusing. Default setting for which source to start with when you power up is not what most people would want and it is unusually strange to change that to be the source you prefer. Had to call for help to figure out how to do it. As for service I was not supposed to comment on that but will anyway. From what I can tell there is no service. The TV went dark ten days after I got is at the evening before a 3 day weekend. Apparently it will be about five days before I get service. Leaves me super unhappy.

Once we adjusted the color tone it’s been excellent. We love the depth of color and clarity. The lack of glare is amazing.

We have a very bright room during the day and the picture is amazing. It looks almost 3D. Very stylish and clean looking. The speed and performance is fast.
