Missing Accessories

Ordered this item as brand new but came without the one connect box and the cables. This indicates it was an open box. It was not indicated in the best buy website that it is an open box. I returned the item. I do not think best buy i being honest. They sell open box items as "new". That is some questionable business practice. If i can rate them lowere than zero, i will.

TV's not working after 5 years

I purchased a Samsung The Frame 55-inch (2020 model), a premium television that I was very happy with at first. Unfortunately, after only five years, it failed and is now stuck in a continuous reboot loop (Samsung logo appears, then the TV shuts off and restarts repeatedly).
I followed every troubleshooting step recommended by Samsung, including a full factory reset, but the issue remains unresolved. I am very disappointed with the lifespan of such an expensive premium TV and with the lack of a satisfactory solution from the manufacturer.
I hope my experience helps future buyers make an informed decision.

The TV is working fine but I really have not had a chance to test it out. However, the two gentlemen who came to install the TV were exceptional. And I repeat, GENTLEMEN! They were awesome. Shaun at the store was also awsome.
I would recommend this to a friend!
