All round great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brightness level is good even in a well lit sunny room and there is no glare so you just see the images. The color is very full as it is QLED. The contrast level is really nice especially with the black. The refresh rate is fast so it helps when watching sports or playing games.

The best TV for any living room.

The images looks sonreal and can see the difference comparing tonother TVs and the audio is another level. There is no Glare with a window in front and the brightness is perfect. It looks so Refresh and colors are perfect. Perfect Contrast.

The picture quality is stunning, with vibrant colors, deep contrast, and excellent brightness that looks great whether I'm watching movies, sports, or everyday TV. What really sets it apart is how beautifully it blends into the room. When it's not in use, it looks like framed artwork rather than a television, which makes a huge difference aesthetically.
The Art Mode is impressive, with artwork that looks surprisingly realistic, and the slim design gives it a premium, high-end feel. Setup was straightforward, and the wireless connectivity helps keep cables hidden for a clean, minimalist look.
While it's definitely an investment, the combination of excellent performance, elegant design, and the ability to double as décor makes it worth the price. If you want a TV that enhances your living space instead of dominating it, the Samsung The Frame Pro is an outstanding choice. Highly recommended.

For the price, not a great buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Painting party of the TV is great. App navigation mid at best. Filmmaker mode, which is the only way to get rid of the slick vision high refresh rate nobody wants, results in an extremely dark picture. Sound pairing with the sonos is laggy. Honestly, if we want to watch a movie, we do it on the Samsung I bought 15 years ago.

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s Frame Pro TV. You may have already explored some settings, but I wanted to offer the following adjustments in case they haven’t been tried yet:
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Top directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > top directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode
Additionally, it sounds like you may have Picture Clarity Settings and/or Power and Energy Saving enabled.
If you're unsatisfied with the motion, we recommend disabling these: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings > disable.
Power and Energy Saving, which may cause your screen to look darker than normal, can be disabled under Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving. From there, you can turn off options such as Brightness Optimization, Energy Saving Solution, and Motion Lighting.
For the best sound device connection, we recommend connecting your Sonos device to the TV’s HDMI-eARC port using a compatible High-Speed HDMI cable with Ethernet. Once connected, navigate to Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > HDMI-eARC Mode and select Auto. You may also want to check the Digital Output Audio Delay setting under Expert Settings to see if an adjustment helps improve audio synchronization.

Not just great for art

Not only for the art, but watching sports and movies as well. The matte finish comes in handy too as I have a bright sunny room and it cuts down on all the glare I used to have.

Terrific Anit-Glare Capability.

The glare of my previous sets required either curtains being closed or simply using the TV as a radio. This set does a terrific job in the Anti-glare category as regardless of how bright the room is, there is little to no glare on the set. An excellent value.
