The compliments are overwhelmingly positive and overwhelmingly supportive. This tv is the greatest piece of furniture in my home. I watch movies with my family after our meal.

Connection issues- but great picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Frame Pro is beautiful and functions well, but the connectivity with my Frame Speakers. When they do actually synch together, the sound is amazing, but I’ve had trouble getting them to synch and staying connected synched. Often, I have to choose between using the tv’s sound or the Frame Speakers’ sound because all three won’t play at once. It’s disappointing because when it works it’s so good!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and choosing Samsung; although, we’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Please follow the steps below to set up Q-Symphony on your Samsung TV, enabling synchronization of multiple, compatible Samsung speakers. Before you begin, make sure your soundbar or speaker is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV.
1. From the TV’s Home screen, go to Settings, then select All Settings, and choose Sound.
2. Select Q-Symphony Setup.
3. Choose your soundbar and/or speaker, then select Apply.
Available audio devices - including those connected via HDMI or optical cable - will appear in the list.
4. Follow any on-screen prompts if they appear. Once completed, the TV’s sound output will be set to Q-Symphony.

Please also ensure your TV is running the latest firmware version, as this may include performance optimizations. Go to: Home > top directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update

Of all the “ projects” over 47 yrs of marriage, this TV ( plus the gorgeous wall my contractor put in around it!) is the most enjoyable change we have made. The artwork that appears is unbelievable, sometimes I get up early in the morning and just stare at it with my coffee…. SOOOO worth the $!
