[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the remote is too difficult to use with dual function buttons. older generations will have a difficult time understanding the instructions and the usage of the remote control hand held. some good features just can't figure out how to activate them. Make the remote easier to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi living buzz,
Thank you for your feedback on the M80H TV remote. While the Solar Cell Remote may appear minimal, many buttons offer multiple or long-press functions to help simplify the design without sacrificing functionality. For example:
• Settings/Number/Color: Allows you to easily access your TV's Quick Settings and input channel numbers. • Volume rocker: Push up/down to adjust volume. Press and release quickly to mute. • Long-press Volume button: Hold for more than 1 second to open Accessibility Shortcuts. • RETURN button: Press to go back to the previous menu or screen. While watching TV, it takes you back to the previous channel.
These functions allow for a more streamlined experience without adding extra buttons. Please know we offer a built-in remote tutorial. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The UI for the TV is extremely confusing. I cannot easily find what I want to watch. It's just cluttered and confusing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorgeous, flowing picture vith vibrant colors. Easy to set up and connect with my surround sound and Blu-ray. Definitely an upgrade over the garbage Vizio that died after only 5 years.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv is great, especially for the price, picture is bright, colors good, video games on the Xbox are fast and smooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a un6900 70 to a m80h 75. I love the upgrade!! The brightness as well as the contrasts unreal! The AI upscaling is spot on. And having my xbox one x playing games at 140hz, the motion is fluid!! The OS is way more responsive and quick to go through the menus! Overall I give this TV 9.5 out of 10!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv its self is great. The ui sucks when you goto change anything unlike the older where just a bar. Across the bottom of the TV it takes you to a page and you loose what you are watching. The ui is the only downfall for this TV.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed with the picture quality. I have two other Samsung tvs and expected this one to be similar in quality. This was not the case. The picture quality reminds me of a tv purchased two decades ago. It is not sharp, fuzzy, and even after trying to make adjustments, it looks marginal at best. My fault for not seeing it in a store and for purchasing it solely based on Samsung’s reputation. Big mistake.

Hi JoeA,
Thank you for your feedback on the Samsung M80H TV. If the picture appears unclear, dull, or lacks definition, there are several settings you can adjust to improve clarity and overall image quality. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, and review these key settings:
Picture Clarity Settings: While originally intended for motion handling, these can also impact overall clarity • Off: Disables motion enhancements • Auto: Automatically adjusts based on content • Custom: Lets you fine-tune: o Judder Reduction – Helps smooth out uneven motion o LED Clear Motion – Boosts sharpness in fast-moving content o Noise Reduction – Reduces distortion and enhances detail in lower-resolution sources
Core Picture Settings • Brightness – Controls overall screen brightness • Contrast – Enhances the difference between bright and dark areas • Sharpness – Adjusts edge definition; closer to 20 increases detail • Color – Enhances depth and intensity of colors
And don’t forget to check for the latest firmware, which may improve performance: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
These adjustments can make a noticeable difference in overall clarity. If you need further help tailoring the settings to your preferences or environment, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun).
