Love how easy it works with all my samsung product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] what I'm doing here with this recording but that said...I love your product it's easy to use the menus are great one of the biggest thing I like how easy it is Plug and Play everything especially Samsung products just work great with each other the AI upscale seems to work good my video games look good and play great I mean I could literally ramble all day but I just don't know what else other than to say you guys make extremely good products poor guy and I invest in your products cuz they're worth it I'd like to see some more game PC types of access the brightness and the darkness work great together.I don't know much about the soccer motion yet.It doesn 't tend to pop up on a lot of things the menus and everything is very responsive the menus and everything is very responsive as long as the ethernet is plugged right in Wi-Fi it was a little sketchy I didn't seem to work very well was slow and very lagged and then like I said the motion the soccer motion thing I can't speak much on because it doesn't pop up a lot when I do use the motion it makes everything very dark tone /very very warm toned so I don't tend to use the motion stuff soccer mode or whatever you want to call it other than that i have no complaints and to be honest with you.Those things that seem like complaints up there really aren't complaints?I love your product.What else can I say

Some very Good Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Satisfactory TV. Some features I do not really care for. I have difficulty on setting the tv to the features that I like to have. I do not like the Samsung tv station features. I have not been able to find the help instructions that I need to change the settings to my liking.
As far as the picture, it is sometimes very good, but not always. Some of the sports programs, in particular, have a jittery visual picture from time to time. My last Samsung TV (QLED) QN82Q6FNAF delivered on May 29, 2019 never had this problem. It is not a frequent problem, but it does happen, although it seems to be getting better. Sometimes the picture is somewhat faded looking but the next scene will be sharp with no fade at all. Strange.
I have the sound playing through a Yamaha sound bar and it is excellent. Only some of the movie dialog is difficult to understand and I think that is the movie's fault, not the tv.
Setup was not difficult to get the tv working, just getting all of the settings that I would like to have changed.
To tell the truth, I am reluctant now to change the brightness or contrast features to see if I could improve them to my liking. If I have problems, I am not certain I could solve them.
All in all, I am glad I purchased this TV, I just wish I was more skilled in operating it.
