[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The display's brightness and color reproduction were exceptional given its price point, and the image quality was remarkably sharp and fluid for both gaming and cinematic content.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is a good TV but the menus Not user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned about 8 Samsung TV'S and they were all great!
1. I would NOT recommend the QR for set-up is was absolutely a mess, it even changed my Samsung Note phone when it was scanned. I had reset the TV and start over.
2. The Mini LED M70H 4K is the worst because of the operating system/menu. It is not intuitive, not even close. It took two days to find some of the menu's and sub menu's and 10 days later have not found all of them. I would have returned it, but It would be a hassle to un-mount it from the the high adjustable bracket.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Sam H,
Thank you for your feedback on the M70H TV's setup and user interface. We're sorry to hear of the initial setup snags you experienced. We hope this has been resolved, but if you're still having issues, please also check that your TV's firmware is up to date by going to Settings > Support > Software Update.
To help you learn more about your TV, Samsung has built-in guides. The Learn Menu Screen is an accessibility feature that helps users navigate on-screen menus with audio guidance. When enabled, your TV will announce the name and function of each menu item as you scroll through the settings – without making any actual changes. This is a helpful tool for users who are visually impaired or new to using Smart TV menus.
To enable this feature, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit Learn Menu Screen, press the Return key twice.
I hope these suggestions help. If you have any other questions, feel free to call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6 PM Sat – Sun), or reach us via text 24/7. You can also reach our LiveChat team by selecting the ‘Support’ link on our website.

This TV is so slow, even slower than my 2017 TVs. Plus it requires me to stay signed on to my samsung account to use smart features (e.g., YouTube TV). A bit disappointed.

Hi YangZ,
We appreciate your feedback regarding your M70H TV’s. A Samsung Account is required to access Smart Hub, which powers the core smart features of your TV - including app access (like Netflix and YouTube), service updates, and content personalization.
Without signing in and accepting the Terms and Conditions, your TV will function in a basic mode - supporting external devices (such as HDMI and over-the-air antenna), but streaming apps and Smart Hub services will be unavailable.
Regarding your TV's performance, if you're experiencing freezing or lag in general response time, please try the following steps:
1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.
If you're still noticing performance snags after these steps, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). You can also connect with a LiveChat agent via the ‘Support’ link on our website.

the setup was fairly easy and fairly clean the packaging was good however is a lot left to be desired with this TV. The remote that came with the TV is trash. it is incredibly unresponsive . when you press the directional circle one way or the other you may have to press up many times before actually does anything, or it'll skip whole bunch of selections jumping from one side of the screen to the other.
Samsung's home screen is incredibly clunky compared to other operating systems. There is no way to disable the autoplay (or everything I've tried so far isn't working) so shortly after starting the TV it automatically starts playing one of the previous programs. This is one reason why I'm now considering taking this back and getting a different TV.
You have to go through and sign up for all of the Samsung accounts in order to get fully logged in to this TV. I didn't realize when I purchased the TV that I would have to marry the company. The selection of apps that are available is very limited, and if you want to take cast from your phone there are a lot of tricks that you have to figure out. Maybe this TV is good for those who have already immersed themselves and Samsung products, but this television is definitely not intuitive enough for the average person just looking for a good TV that is easy to use.
The picture on the television seems fine, but that is about all that I like about it.

Hi CouchCowboy,
We appreciate your feedback regarding remote performance. If your M70HB TV is responding slowly or inconsistently to the remote, try the following steps:
1. Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected. 2. Change the batteries 3. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 4. Run Device Care to clear memory and close background apps that may slow performance: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 5. Ensure you are pointing the remote at the IR Sensor located below the Samsung logo on your TV.
Finally, we appreciate your sharing your concerns about having a Samsung Account.
We understand this requirement may not be ideal for all users, but it’s necessary for full access to Samsung’s smart features and connected services.
We hope these tips are helpful. If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun), or reach us via text anytime. No issues with the color or sound. However, I find the remote is less that sufficient and I've taken to using my older Samsung remote with this TV. Additionally, I absolutely cannot get the closed captioning turned off in Apple TV. Not an issue with any other streaming platform or with cable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi honeybadger7699,
We appreciate your thoughts on the M70H TV’s remote. While it may appear minimal at first glance, many of the buttons are designed with dual or long-press functions to help reduce clutter without sacrificing functionality.
For example: • Volume rocker: Push UP/DOWN to adjust volume; press and release quickly to MUTE. • Long-press Volume button: Hold for more than 1 second to access Accessibility Shortcuts. • RETURN button: Press to go back to the previous screen or menu; when watching TV, it takes you back to the previous channel.
These combined functions help create a cleaner design while keeping everything you need just a button away.
If you have turned off the Closed Captioning in the Apple TV app, but they continue to appear, we recommend deleting and reinstalling the Apple TV app.
Please also ensure you are running the latest Firmware on your TV. Press the HOME button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.

I'm not happy with the remote. It doesn't have voice command, and it takes too long to go through the guide to find something. I suppose the box may have said no voice command, but the last two T.V.'s we had, had them.

Hi bobon,
Thank you for sharing your review. Your TV Works With Alexa, meaning you’ll need to connect a standalone Alexa device such as an Echo speaker, to control compatible smart home devices and some experiences on your TV. Here are the steps:
1. Download both the Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings apps, if you don't already have them. Both are available for iOS or Android devices. 2. Make sure your Alexa device and TV are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network. 3. Your TV must be enabled within the SmartThings app. If not, make sure you are signed in with your Samsung account on the TV: Settings > All Settings > Samsung Account 4. Log in to the SmartThings app with the same Samsung account. Tap Devices, and if your TV isn’t already shown, tap + to add it to the app. 5. In the Alexa app, enable the SmartThings skill and sign into your Samsung account. This will automatically connect your Samsung TV to Alexa and let you use voice commands to control your television.
If you need more help, we’re here. Give us a call at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). You can also connect with a LiveChat agent through the Support link on our website.
