The Best TV I've Ever Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start! This Samsung TV is literally the best I've ever owned and seen with my own two eyes. As I unboxed, I immediate noticed how super thin the edges are, literally thinner than my monitor which was shocking. I was so worried that there would be a crack or a dent from the shipment because of how thin the upper edges are. The lower half of the TV is a bit thicker as it had the meat and potatoes of the screen inside, but still very thin compared to other TVs of the recent past.
The colors! This TV has such deep blacks, and such a range of color, it is incredible. Whether watching the NCAA final four tournament, or watching an episode of Game of Thrones, the colors are stunning and visually satisfying. Ai is built in to help with colors and things if you allow it which is pretty cool.
I have a PS5 and have played NBA 2K, Assassin's Creed Mirage, and Ghost of Tsushima, I almost dropped drooled at the graphics on these games. So crisp, so clean, and there's a whole set of game mode settings which allow you to make adjustments that you'd like for your preferred viewing.
The sound! This is the first TV I've ever had or been around where the sound sounds like they have real speakers built in! There is base, treble, all of the things and if I didn't already have a sound bar and a music frame, I wouldn't feel the need to buy one!
The one thing I don't like. There is an auto detection mode where if you walk by the screen, it automatically turns on to the brief page (which gives you a summary of current events, weather, music). I don't like this mode so I turned it to manual instead.
This TV is a 12/10, I don't see myself changing for years to come.

No more reflections!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading to this 55” OLED was a huge change in more ways than one.
1. Display – an OLED display with a matte finish works perfectly for my bright room. Its screen is plenty bright enough to be viewable where the blacks still look very much deep black. The matte finish doesn’t take away from the picture quality at all. The best part of the of a matte screen is the lack of reflection in a bright room which makes the experiencing of watching TV less distracting during the day.
2. Sound – I was really impressed by the audio from this TV. It has depth, range, and a richness I would expect from a soundbar. The TV’s volume also gets very loud. The audio is still very clear at a higher volume as well. With all confidence, I won’t be going with my sound bar and just using the audio from the TV instead. It’s that good especially for a small room I have the TV in.
3. Ecosystem – I have Samsung appliances, tablets, earbuds, and the like and these devices integrates with the TV seamlessly. They automatically connect once the devices are turned on. I’m able to get notifications on my TV as to when my laundry is done or my oven has preheated. I find it really useful if your already in the ecosystem
4. Form – This thin but the bottom of the TV does provide confidence in mounting this TV on wall mount. The bezel less design makes the TV look really good where it becomes a centerpiece in my room. In terms of heat, the panel doesn’t really get too warm where it would warm the room.
Overall – this TV fits the bill for all my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is honestly one of those where you notice the difference right away. The OLED screen makes everything look better. Blacks are actually black, colors pop more, and it just looks way sharper than a normal TV.
One of the big things it has is Samsung’s Gen3 processor, which basically cleans up whatever you’re watching and upscales it closer to 4K. So even older shows still look pretty solid.
It also has OLED HDR+, which helps with contrast and brightness, so you see more detail in dark and bright scenes. Movies especially look really good because of that.
If you watch sports or play games, it’s super smooth too. It can go up to 144Hz with so everything looks clean and not blurry when things move fast.
Gaming wise, it’s built for it. It has HDMI 2.1, fast refresh rates and it has VRR support, so it keeps up with newer consoles without lag.
The smart side is easy. It runs on Samsung’s Tizen system, so all your apps like Netflix, YouTube and others are right there and load quick. You can also use voice control if you want.
It’s also super thin and looks clean mounted or on a stand, so it doesn’t feel bulky at all.
This is just a really solid TV. Great picture, smooth performance, and packed with features that actually make a difference when you’re using it every day.

Phenominal colors + brightness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsungs newest lineup of OLED's are finally here and are no slouch. One of the best improvements is the peak brightness versus their last lineup which makes it much more feasible to mount and run in a bright sunlit room. Up next is the clarity at 165hz when hooked up to my RTX 4080. Racing games and their contrast look great with the oled blacks and contrast levels and you don't need a dark room to enjoy them. I was surprised at how loud the built in speakers can get which I was using while testing. HDR10+ works great with my z fold when viewing videos taken in enhanced mode. I'm ready to run thru my backlog of hdr enhanced movies to further appreciate this panel. The included stands are sufficient while wall mounting is easy as always.
