This tv is a brick unless you sign up for a Samsung account. I don’t need another account to manage. I have no idea if the picture is of any decent quality, or if it actually functions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Response from Samsung USBy Samsung Advisor, May 4, 2026
Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your review and for sharing your concerns. A Samsung Account is required to access Smart Hub, which powers the core smart features of your TV - including app access (like Netflix and YouTube), service updates, and content personalization.
Without signing in and accepting the Terms and Conditions, your TV will function in a basic mode - supporting external devices (such as HDMI and over-the-air antenna), but streaming apps and Smart Hub services will be unavailable. We understand this requirement may not be ideal for all users, but it’s necessary for full access to Samsung’s smart features and connected services.
If you need assistance creating or logging into a Samsung Account, we’re here to help. Please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). LiveChat and additional support resources are also available through the Support link on our website.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honest Review – Great Sound, Strong Picture, But Needs Some Tweaking After spending some time with this TV, I’d say it’s a solid overall experience with a few things worth noting. First, the sound quality really stands out. I wasn’t expecting much from built-in speakers, but this one is surprisingly full and clear. Dialogue comes through crisp, and it has enough depth that I haven’t felt the need to immediately add a soundbar. The picture quality is generally very good—bright, sharp, and easy to see even in a room with a lot of natural light. It handles daytime viewing well, which was important for my setup. That said, I’ve had a harder time getting the color settings just right. Depending on the content, tones can look a little off or overly saturated, and it takes some adjusting to find a balance that looks natural. I also experienced an occasional screen glitch where part of the image briefly distorts or shifts horizontally. It doesn’t happen constantly, but when it does, it’s definitely noticeable and interrupts the viewing experience. On the plus side, the TV itself looks sleek and modern, and setup was quick and easy. Overall: great sound, strong brightness and clarity, but color calibration and occasional screen issues hold it back a bit. If those were ironed out, this would easily be a top-tier experience. I did contact Samsung and they were able to help me resolve my problems! They were very helpful and nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for the home and easy to use and always works good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed by the specs of this TV and blown away by the colors, sound, and ease of use.
Connecting the power cord and USB cables was easy. Adding the feet was simple. Signing in to my Samsung account was a breeze. Use the Vivid display setting, trust me. Samsung changed the Setting Menu and it is easier to use.
The colors and speed on this TV is excellent, the best I've ever seen.

55” Class M70H Mini LED 4K

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this 55” Mini LED TV and I’m honestly really impressed with it so far. The picture quality was the first thing I noticed right away. The colors are super vibrant, and the brightness makes everything look crisp and clear, even during the daytime with sunlight coming in. Watching shows and movies feels more immersive because the contrast is so strong, especially in darker scenes where you can actually see details instead of everything blending together.
The smart TV interface is also really easy to use. Setting it up took no time, and I like how all the main apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney are right there and load quickly. The layout feels clean and not cluttered, so it’s easy to find what you want without scrolling forever. I also noticed that older shows look better than I expected, which I’m assuming is from the 4K upscaling, and that’s been a nice bonus.
Design wise it fits perfectly in my space. It has a slim, modern look that doesn’t take away from the room, and it actually makes everything look a little more put together. The sound quality is also solid for a TV on its own, clear enough that I don’t feel like I need extra speakers right away.
Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It looks great, performs well, and is super easy to use. If you’re thinking about upgrading your TV, this is definitely one I would recommend checking out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image is so bright and vibrant. The 55” is perfect for my living room and was easy to mount. My family and friends commented on the different 4K screen quality as compared to my previous tv. The Samsung interface is very user friendly and was easy to setup. I showed my boyfriend a photo slideshow from Field Day at my school and the clarity and picture quality was pristine. I also really like that the captions aren’t overly big like on other tvs. I hooked up my Roku Ultra to it so I have that to use as well and it was seamless integration. My son likes to play his PS5 on it. I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.
