Sound is better than anticipated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so pleased with this TV. The sound quality is much better than I had anticipated. Crisp and clear. The setup was by far the easiest I've ever had. It was plug and play right out of the box. The picture quality is superb. Even shows that were created before HD have crip resolution. I think we are going to purchase a sound bar to enhance the movies we watch.

Sound issues!

The sound keeps dropping. I’ve been on forums, googled, restarted, reset, checked connections, ran the sound test, you name it and nothing gives. Looks like I will be removing it from the wall mount that I had such a fun time putting it up on and returning it. I tried to connect it to my sound bar too, but wouldn’t recognize my bar on Bluetooth. I have a cable to connect the two but that’s not even an option with this tv. I have so many other things I need to do - messing with this tv is beyond frustrating.

It is a good TV but the menus Not user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned about 8 Samsung TV'S and they were all great!
1. I would NOT recommend the QR for set-up is was absolutely a mess, it even changed my Samsung Note phone when it was scanned. I had reset the TV and start over.
2. The Mini LED M70H 4K is the worst because of the operating system/menu. It is not intuitive, not even close. It took two days to find some of the menu's and sub menu's and 10 days later have not found all of them.
I would have returned it, but It would be a hassle to un-mount it from the the high adjustable bracket.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We hope this has been resolved, but if you're still having issues, please also check that your TV's firmware is up to date by going to Settings > Support > Software Update.

To help you learn more about your TV, Samsung has built-in guides. The Learn Menu Screen is an accessibility feature that helps users navigate on-screen menus with audio guidance. When enabled, your TV will announce the name and function of each menu item as you scroll through the settings – without making any actual changes. This is a helpful tool for users who are visually impaired or new to using Smart TV menus.

To enable this feature, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit Learn Menu Screen, press the Return key twice.

This tv is a brick unless you sign up for a Samsung account. I don’t need another account to manage. I have no idea if the picture is of any decent quality, or if it actually functions.
