[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this smart tv on 6/8/2026, I’ve never owned a Samsung TV before. I’ve had other Samsung products, I know that this is not the highest end as far as cost, BUT everything is phenomenal in the tv. My only complaint is the remote is very difficult to operate for the volume up and volume down. It does not work very well so I have to use my phone and that’s not always convenient. I’m hoping to find a physical universal remote for this TV but other than that, I have no way to connect my cochlear streamer into the tv as it’s missing the white/red cords in. It’s not a huge negative, but in order for me to hear through my calculator better that streamer needs to be able to be hooked up to the TV and since there are no, I guess they’re called holes or cord inserts where you press the little round thing into the yellow, sometimes a yellow, white and red there’s nothing there I can do but as far as the picture of the clarity and all that so far, I love it I might even buy a smaller one for my bedroom same model everything I wouldn’t know it wasn’t high-end, except for the fact that I paid for it

Sound issues!

The sound keeps dropping. I’ve been on forums, googled, restarted, reset, checked connections, ran the sound test, you name it and nothing gives. Looks like I will be removing it from the wall mount that I had such a fun time putting it up on and returning it. I tried to connect it to my sound bar too, but wouldn’t recognize my bar on Bluetooth. I have a cable to connect the two but that’s not even an option with this tv. I have so many other things I need to do - messing with this tv is beyond frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] T v has great brightness settings from very low for nighttime, watching to very high, to be able to see during the day. Clarity of the t v is beautiful. Black and white contrast is amazing. Resolution on a forty three inch is great. Color depth is fantastic. Britain asked for a better 43" setup. Thanks samsung for a great product.

Upgraded my 9-year-old Samsung 65 inch to this new mini-led and it was a big difference. The colors and blacks are very nice, big improvements over my old set. Lots of options on the software and took some time to go through and get the correct look.
