Screen picture frequently freezes while dialogue continues; eventually they appear in sync.

Thank you for your feedback on the lip sync issues you're experiencing with your Samsung M70H TV. This may be related to the content source, but if you're noticing the audio delay across all sources or channels, especially when using an external speaker setup (soundbar, receiver, etc.), there are a few settings that may help:

1. Adjust Digital Audio Delay. You can manually increase the audio delay to better match the video: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay

2. Enable Audio Pass-Through. Samsung TVs include an audio pass-through option, which sends the audio signal directly to your connected soundbar or receiver without additional processing by the TV. This can reduce delay when using external audio devices: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

3. Check for Firmware Updates. Ensure your TV is running the latest software, which may include performance improvements related to sound or sync: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Brightness, Color is great. I have enjoyed the remote, which is early to operate. I'm still learning the TV but there is nothing compared to a Samsung.

So far very pleased. We replaced a 75 inch Vizio with this TV. Never liked the Vizio from day one and paid a lot more money for it 6 years ago. The Vizio had several quirky problems. So far no problems with Samsung. The volume on the Samsung is so much better than the Vizio. The picture is good.

Great Picture, Interface Could Be Better

Set up took quite a while, and while the setup assistance was fairly good, a good deal of tweaking had to occur after. The silliest thing was the insistence that the TV went to Samsung TV upon turning on the TV each time. I had to use online let to figure out how to turn that off and go the HDMI 1 instead. The remote has too few features and is far from intuitive. That said, the picture is great with good brightness and color. A good value for the price.

Could be better

The Samsung TV has a nice picture. There is no Manuel to make things easier to setup. The remote control is undesirable at best, it is rather difficult to traverse the screens. Moving through the settings is a quest that could be easier. I was setting this TV up to watch with an antennae, this took awhile to figure out. I wanted to add an app that was not preloaded and unable to load it. I did have another remote to make things easier. If I had known this tv was not user friendly I wouldn't have bought it. should I buy another TV I will probably buy a better Brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Additionally, your M70H TV includes Accessibility features designed to assist with navigation and remote use.
• Learn Menu Screen provides audio guidance for on-screen menus by announcing the name and function of each item as you scroll – without making any changes. This is especially helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.
• Learn TV Remote helps users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. Pressing a button (other than Power) will prompt the TV to announce its name and purpose, again without affecting TV operation. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote. To exit, press the Return key twice.

Good colors and happy with the brightness and contrast plus responsiveness top quality, uniformity is also fine.

Still in the process of setting it up, but the only issue I have is how difficult it is to find apps to load the apps that I have been used to using, either a roku, or a google based device other than that.So far no issues
