Samsung DidnIt again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We absolutely love this TV! The picture quality is stunning, with bright, vibrant colors and an incredibly sharp image. Movies, sports, and streaming all look amazing, and the Mini LED technology really makes a difference.
The setup was quick and easy, and the smart features are fast and simple to navigate.
What really sealed the deal was the price. We got an incredible value for a premium 75-inch TV with this level of performance. It exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. If you're looking for a beautiful big-screen TV without overspending, this Samsung is an excellent choice!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for sharing your review. Your TV Works With Alexa, meaning you’ll need to connect a standalone Alexa device such as an Echo speaker, to control compatible smart home devices and some experiences on your TV. Here are the steps:

1. Download both the Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings apps, if you don't already have them. Both are available for iOS or Android devices.
2. Make sure your Alexa device and TV are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
3. Your TV must be enabled within the SmartThings app. If not, make sure you are signed in with your Samsung account on the TV: Settings > All Settings > Samsung Account
4. Log in to the SmartThings app with the same Samsung account. Tap Devices, and if your TV isn’t already shown, tap + to add it to the app.
5. In the Alexa app, enable the SmartThings skill and sign into your Samsung account. This will automatically connect your Samsung TV to Alexa and let you use voice commands to control your television.

If you need more help, we’re here. Give us a call at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). You can also connect with a LiveChat agent through the Support link on our website.

Hi Vick,

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you are experiencing issues with your antenna and cannot connect to local channels, please try the following:

1. Confirm external device setup: Make sure the antenna device is securely connected and powered on. On your TV, go to: Home > left directional key > Connected Devices > Sources, and confirm the correct input is selected.
2. Reconnect and test cables: Remove and firmly reconnect all HDMI or AUX cable between your TV and the antenna. Try using a different cable if possible.
3. Power cycle your equipment: Unplug the power cords to your TV and the connected devices. Wait 30 seconds, then plug them back in and power on each device.
4. Run a Picture or Sound Test: These tests help determine if the issue lies with the TV or the connected device. Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test or Sound Test.
5. Use HDMI Troubleshooting: Home > left directional key > Connected Devices > Connection Guide > Video Device > HDMI Troubleshooting. This tool checks HDMI connections and helps identify potential issues.
6. Check signal strength. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Broadcast Signal. Here you can view signal strength and adjust the antenna position if needed for better reception.
7. Run Auto Program. If your TV is connected directly to a wall cable outlet or antenna, try running Auto Program to scan for available channels: Settings > All Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Program

For issues related to the Pluto app or other streaming apps, please try the following:

1. Update firmware – Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
2. Delete and reinstall the app
3. Run Device Care – Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

If issues continue, contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). LiveChat is also available under the ‘Support’ link on our website.
