Humongous fan of samsung products & brand. Great value for this tv. Speakers and sound quality could be better. I understand i didn’t pay for the 1300-2k quality but i have a 46 inch qled tv from 2012 that has better quality than this 2026 samsung tv and i dont think that should be possible without questioning technology’s innovation and growth. this is my second submission- this tv i am satisfied with but i should’ve paid more for a better model.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
• Standard – Ideal for general viewing
• Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces
• Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency
• Movie – Best for viewing in low light
• Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the content creator’s intent and disables motion smoothing for supported content
You can further customize your image by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, where you can adjust Brightness, Contrast, Color Tone, Sharpness, Contrast Enhancer and more.
To improve your sound, try different Sound Modes (Standard, Optimized, Amplify), or fine-tune your setup in Expert Settings under: Settings > All Settings > Sound

Picture is great. The remote is awful.

No issues with the color or sound. However, I find the remote is less that sufficient and I've taken to using my older Samsung remote with this TV. Additionally, I absolutely cannot get the closed captioning turned off in Apple TV. Not an issue with any other streaming platform or with cable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For example:
• Volume rocker: Push UP/DOWN to adjust volume; press and release quickly to MUTE.
• Long-press Volume button: Hold for more than 1 second to access Accessibility Shortcuts.
• RETURN button: Press to go back to the previous screen or menu; when watching TV, it takes you back to the previous channel.
These combined functions help create a cleaner design while keeping everything you need just a button away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, let me just say that upon receiving the box, it was extremely light. I have had many t v s over the years fifty five inch up and I have never felt or handled the t v that was so lightweight at this size. It's so easy to set up and move if needed.
Next, Right out of the box, the setup was extremely easy and I even used the SmartThings app.\nAs this was the first t v I ever tried it with. Within 2 minutes, it was not only set up in all my accounts were there, but everything was signed in and it even set up the TV just like my projector and my other t v!
Next, I have seen great image quality on products from this brand but this one takes the cake. The blacks were much deeper.The colors were more vibrant , and I even had to tone down the brightness , because the t v itself would light up my entire living space in the evening and it was almost too bright. When?\nSmooth, TV's first came out versus tube TV's.I remember my eyes having to adjust to a great picture quality versus when I was used to. And this is almost the same. There is a difference vs even my led 4k tv.
Next, sound on t v's like this have always been hit or miss. On my older models, I would have to change the soundtrack to 2.1 channel versus 5.1 channel just because scenes with a lot of action would be too loud but scenes when people talk would be too soft. Not only does this alleviate that , but the sound actually seems to come from certain sides of the t v , depending on where the dialogue is or the action is , which is very clear to understand but it also seems like the sound moves with the scene!
Lastly, I was very skeptical about using AI on a TV.But after trying this out , it's just like using a I on the phone only it's tailored to images, movies, music and videos. I gave the AI several task of finding pictures.Short clips, movies and even things that I knew the title of but just described a part of a scene to see if it would find it and it never missed!
Very well made tv!

Vivid color, beautiful picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television is an all-around terrific option for anybody that wants a quality picture, vivid colors and the latest technology on screen! With a 55-inch screen and mini LED 4k technology, this television provides brilliant on-screen color, crisp audio and is equipped with all of my favorite streaming services (e.g. Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, etc.). I love how simple pairing my existing accounts to my television was, as it took under 15-minutes from start to finish to update and login to my preferred apps. I have had the opportunity to stream music, movies and t.v. shows on this television and have had a positive experience with all. I enjoy listening to music during my morning workout and watching my favorite documentaries in the evening. I love how nicely this television fits with my decor. As an existing fan of Samsung products, it is no surprised that Samsung knocked it out of the park with a television that is user friendly, provides a great 4k experience and is compact and sleek in appearance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Exceptional 4K Display That Exceeds Expectations

The brightness is impressive — HDR content really pops, and it handles both bright rooms and darker setups well. Contrast is one of the standout features; the Mini LED backlighting delivers deep blacks without the blooming you'd expect at this price range. Resolution is crisp and detailed in 4K, and upscaling for lower-res content holds up better than expected. Color accuracy is vibrant and well-balanced right out of the box, with rich, natural tones that don't look oversaturated. Clarity during fast motion is smooth — whether it's sports or action-heavy content, there's minimal blur. Overall, this is an excellent display that punches well above its class.
