The picture quality is excellent, with bright colors, deep contrast, and impressive detail. The 75-inch screen is perfect for movies, sports, and gaming. I also really like how easy the smart features are to use. Overall, it has been a great addition to my home and I’m very happy with this TV.

Beautiful pic, poor sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is beautiful, but the tv volume is too loud with cable connection and too soft when streaming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this:
1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off.
2. Try disabling some of the TV's AI functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode and select AI Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off.
3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Great product/Hate Remote

The AI integrated does an amazing job with the brightness, contrast, and upscaling TV that just isn't up to today's quality! Watching how quickly the menus respond and the motion of HD video games being played across it. This is an amazing TV. 2 weeks in, and I am already considering snagging another for my bedroom!

The Samsung 75" QN80H Neo QLED 4K is an absolute BEAST! The picture quality is incredible—colors are vibrant, blacks look deep, and the detail is seriously next level. That huge 75" screen makes movies and sports feel like you’re sitting in a theater, and the 4K AI upscaling does an amazing job making everything look sharp.
And for gamers, this thing is 🔥🔥🔥. The 144Hz Motion Xcelerator with VRR makes fast-moving gameplay look incredibly smooth, while the Mini LED technology gives the picture some seriously impressive contrast.
Honestly, every time I turn it on I catch myself thinking, “DANG, this TV looks GOOD!” 😂
Samsung absolutely knocked this one out of the park. If you're looking for a massive screen with premium picture quality, smooth motion, smart features, and that WOW factor, this TV is freaking incredible. 10/10 — I’d recommend it without hesitation! 🔥📺🔥
