[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect distance between bed to dresser. Easy instructions on how to channel different programs. ( perfect remote)
Tv is great, still trying to learn all the new features of it but as far as navigating streaming apps, etc wasnt too hard. Setup was easy right out the box and the TV delivers great picture and sound. Looking foward to seeing how it holds up to live spirts amd gaming but for now all I was able to do was watch some TV shows on Hulu and Netflix. Highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for a more budget friendly qned that some of the other models but still had the same features. 5 out of 5 stars samsung
My second Samsung TV - and a considerable step up. The picture clarity is second to none, and the variety of stations via Samsung TV is huge. Finally, the sound output when using Bluetooth is much improved. Highly Recommended!!
The picture is not as good as my old Samsung. Perhaps I am not setting it up correctly but I have followed all of the instructions. Plus I dislike the startup page. It should go to "live TV" when turned on.
I also have Samsung speakers but can't find the correct fitting to be able to plug into the USB port.

Hi Chuck,
We're sorry to hear of this misunderstanding - please note that external sound devices should be connected via a wired HDMI or Optical, or wirelessly via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Top directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > top directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode 1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing 2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms 3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving 4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments 5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode
While your TV may currently default to Samsung TV Plus when powered on, you can customize what your TV does at startup by adjusting the Start Screen Options.
To do this, navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > Start Screen Option and choose from the following: 1. Start with Smart Hub Home – Automatically launches Smart Hub when the TV is turned on. You can enable or disable this option based on your preference. 2. Autorun Samsung TV Plus – Automatically launches Samsung TV Plus when the TV is turned on. If this option is turned off, the last used source will be displayed instead. 3. Autorun Multi View Casting – If you cast YouTube content from your mobile device, the TV will automatically display the content using Multi View. 4. Autorun Multi View Mirroring – When you screen mirror your mobile device, Multi View will automatically open to show your device’s screen.
If you need help adjusting these settings or have any other questions, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.
