The color, sharpness is disappointing. There appears to be shading at the bottom of the screen and the sound is muffled.

Hey,
We appreciate your input on the picture and sound quality of your Samsung QN70H TV. If the image or sound isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Top directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > top directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode
With sound, if it isn't meeting your expectations after system updates, there are a few settings you can try adjusting:
Go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
• Standard: Balanced sound without emphasis on any one range
• Optimized: Enhanced effects and spacious sound
• Amplify: Boosts mid and high tones to make dialogue clearer
You can also explore Expert Settings to fine-tune options such as Balance, Equalizer, Auto Volume, and more to match your personal preferences.

Fantastic upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once Geek Squad discovered the issue between my Samsung Sound bar and new TV, everything is Great. Love the AI mode also. More consistency in picture quality whether sports, movies, or broadcast programs.
It did take a long time to get used to the many menu options and we are still learning, but thoroughly Enjoying the upgrade to Neo QLED. Nice to learn from independent review QLED has a longer lifespan that OLED!

A Decent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is the right size for our living room. It's brightness and contrast are very good. I wish the 50-inch set was available in an upgraded version. The clarity could be better. Overall, it is a good TV for the price. I set up myself and had a bit of a hard time deleting the Samsung free channels so I could connect into my cable's channels. Samsung should make that easier because not all viewers will want the Samsung set stations. Just my recommendation, don't know how others will feel about that. Again, a decent TV for the money,
