Great TV/managing apps challenging

50-inch Samsung TV - Setup Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 50-inch TV was just the right size for my living room. The overall picture quality is good, and the sound quality is also good for such a thin TV. I decided to buy a soundbar for symphonic sound option using the TV's speakers with the soundbar and am pleased with that combination.
The only negative point is that set up forces you into Samsung's own TV station which I found difficult to change. I have re-set the TV to a different home screen where I can access the cable stations and apps that I want. The Samsung remote is easy to use but I have decided to use a different remote so that I am only using one remote for cable and my apps. Again, the Samsung remote forces you into Samsung TV also and their channels when I wanted regular network-based channels.
Other than that, I have been very pleased with the quality of my TV and picture quality.
Once you get the setup you want, it is clear sailing.

New 50 inch Samsung TV for. My Living Room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new 50 inch Samsung TV. I was worried about the size since I went up from a 43 inch…but it is just the right size. My niece and family from Texas just arrived, and they love it. My great-nephew is big into games and so he really loves it. I normally watch streaming and regular programming, nothing fancy. So far, they’ve used it more for other things and love the new TV.
